Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Walk bend down repeatedly and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead and repeatedly
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday

Job Duties
- Maximize product inventory including processing freight organizing and distributing inventory pulling and stocking merchandise building displays and end caps placing signage supporting digital business operations fulfilling orders assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services delivering exceptional service and a personalized experience greeting customers engaging to build relationships informing about products and services participating in wine spirits and beer training maintaining knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs maintaining safety and cleanliness standards ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol completing cross-functional responsibilities loading and delivering orders in a safe and professional manner if delivery is assigned
