The resort is currently seeking a Spa Concierge to join its dedicated Spa therapy team. This position offers an hourly wage of $21.50, based on experience, and includes access to select benefits depending on hours worked. The role of the Spa Concierge is crucial in delivering a sensory and restorative experience to guests. The primary responsibilities involve scheduling spa appointments, striving to maximize service opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling spa products and services, and providing guided tours of the spa facilities. The Concierge will also maintain clear communication of spa promotions, assist in upholding the cleanliness and presentation of the spa, and offer beverages to guests as needed.
