Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary arts or three years of experience in upscale culinary environments
  • Minimum two years of relevant work history or education
  • One-year experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Ability to manage shifts across all kitchen stations
  • Adhere to culinary guidelines and health safety regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Intermediate skiing or riding ability for certain locations
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and moderate noise levels

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of relevant work history or education
  • One-year experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Capability to manage shifts across all kitchen stations
  • Adherence to culinary guidelines and health safety regulations
  • Enthusiasm for maintaining positive relationships as part of service excellence standards

Job Duties

  • Lead the culinary team with management experience
  • Apply culinary knowledge and skills for food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Train and guide kitchen staff effectively
  • Ensure cost and quality control while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Oversee operations during shifts in various restaurant settings
  • Master all menu ingredients and assist in prep list management
  • Exhibit advanced knife skills and train others
  • Prepare station guides and comply with health and safety procedures
  • Maintain organized storage and enforce labeling and rotation protocols
  • Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff
  • Help develop menus and test new recipes in collaboration with the Chef
