Three Rivers Park District is currently seeking to fill Seasonal Shift Leader positions at Baker Park Reserve, located in Maple Plain, MN. This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership and public service within a natural park setting. Seasonal Shift Leaders will provide vital leadership to assigned shifts, ensuring operations align with Park District policies and standards. These leaders play a key role in facilitating high-quality visitor experiences by overseeing staff and operations, addressing guest needs, and maintaining safety and service excellence throughout their shifts.

Seasonal Shift Leaders act as frontline supervisors, managing staff performance and coordinating tasks to support park operations and guest services. They serve as role models and mentors to seasonal team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that all public-facing services run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and strong organizational skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining the values and mission of the park district.

This is a seasonal, hourly position with a competitive starting wage range of $18.00 to $19.50 per hour. Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis, with onboarding expected to begin in late Spring 2026. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
