This job opening is for a full-time, non-management server position within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category, with a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour and eligibility for tips. In this role, servers are the face of The Ritz-Carlton dining experience, responsible for greeting guests warmly and attentively, ensuring impeccable table preparation, and providing friendly and knowledgeable service throughout a guest’s meal. Server team members should be enthusiastic about hospitality, enjoy personal interaction, and excel at anticipating and meeting guest needs. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests promptly, recommending menu items, managing transactions accurately through the MICROS point-of-sale system, and assisting with table maintenance and closing duties.

The Ritz-Carlton values individuals who bring a positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork. Although prior serving experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement, making this a great opportunity for those new to the hospitality industry as well. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform.
