We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team at The Phelps. In this crucial role, the server acts as the face of our restaurant, directly influencing the guests' dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of tables, presenting menus, taking accurate orders including special requests, and serving food and beverages efficiently. This position requires quick thinking, an engaging attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff. The server will also handle guest concerns with professionalism, aiming for resolutions that leave guests satisfied.
