Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Job Duties

  • Complete administrative tasks including pre/post-event documentation, inventory tagging, and miscellaneous duties
  • Support physical labor activities such as loading/unloading inventory and event staging/breakdown
  • Use contactless applications to reserve and fulfill customer orders during events
  • Communicate professionally with sales representatives, leadership, parents, students, and occasionally educators and administrators
  • Travel to and from assigned event preparation and school event locations
  • Assist with event execution at schools within assigned marketplace
  • Complete all required training and perform other duties as assigned
