- create personalized shopping experiences
- greet customers promptly and courteously
- offer recommendations based on customer needs
- communicate UGG brand sustainability initiatives
- provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
- handle cash register and money accurately
- check inventory daily and restock products
- merchandise products according to visual standards
- maintain clean and organized sales floor and back-stock area
- practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft according to policy
- cooperate with team members to achieve business goals
- report to work on time and communicate absences
