Job Requirements
- Availability to work up to 19 hours per week during the holiday season
- ability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2026
- strong customer service orientation
- passion for coffee and sustainability
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with Nespresso's inclusive and diversity-focused workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- passion for coffee and hospitality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic digital literacy including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- adaptable and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
- elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
- share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee
- guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee
- manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
- collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
