high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
ability to frequently bend, squat, and twist
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to climb ladders to access merchandise
good visual ability to distinguish fabric patterns and colors
availability to work flexible schedules
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

proven customer service skills

strong interpersonal and communication skills

familiarity with retail sales techniques
experience in clothing sales or rentals is a plus

Job Duties

engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals
assist with visually merchandising, store setup, and merchandise stock counts
handle the cash register at the point of sale
maintain a positive work environment by consulting with retail sales associates at all levels
