Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Ability to handle electronic devices and complete register transactions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 lbs, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers

Job Duties
- Greet customers and create personal conversations to build customer relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
- Review daily sales goals and promotions to sell with confidence
- Merchandising new receipts and processing damaged or returned merchandise
- Share loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- Strive to improve daily by achieving sales goals and learning from colleagues
