Job Requirements

ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior retail or customer service experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
proficiency in using electronic devices and cash registers
ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
willingness to learn about product trends and store policies

Job Duties

greet customers with a warm welcome and create personal connections
understand and communicate product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations
maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
review and work towards daily sales goals and promotions
promote the loyalty program and provide excellent customer service until transaction completion
collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
