Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and handheld devices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well independently and in teams

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
  • Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
  • Merchandize new arrivals and process damaged or returned merchandise
  • Achieve daily sales goals and promote loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment
  • Use electronic devices to process sales and assist customers
