Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using technology such as cash registers and handheld devices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well independently and in teams
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service
- Understand and meet customer needs through product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
- Merchandize new arrivals and process damaged or returned merchandise
- Achieve daily sales goals and promote loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment
- Use electronic devices to process sales and assist customers
