Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- capability to meet daily sales goals
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- required visual capabilities including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- proficiency with computers, handheld devices, and cash register systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- effective communication skills with customers and team members
- ability to understand and follow safety rules and employment policies
- comfortable with electronic devices and cash register operations
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
- adaptable to changing priorities and team-oriented work environment
Job Duties
- greet customers with a warm welcome and create personal connections
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
- merchandise new receipts and process damaged or returned items
- promote loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions with excellent customer service
- collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer experience
