Job Requirements

  • flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • capability to meet daily sales goals
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform tasks including stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • required visual capabilities including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • proficiency with computers, handheld devices, and cash register systems

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
  • effective communication skills with customers and team members
  • ability to understand and follow safety rules and employment policies
  • comfortable with electronic devices and cash register operations
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • adaptable to changing priorities and team-oriented work environment

Job Duties

  • greet customers with a warm welcome and create personal connections
  • understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
  • maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor
  • merchandise new receipts and process damaged or returned items
  • promote loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions with excellent customer service
