Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and handheld technology
- Willingness to work 10-20 hours per week depending on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales goals and adapt to changing priorities
- Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues
- Passion for delivering genuine hospitality
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships
- Understand and communicate product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor by merchandising new arrivals and updating signs
- Achieve daily sales goals by engaging customers and promoting the store's loyalty program
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration to improve store results
- Process damages, testers, and select merchandise for vendor returns
- Provide excellent customer service by thanking customers and ensuring they have all they need at checkout
