Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge
- Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations
- Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out
- Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
- Perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to all safety standards and expectations
- Uphold company values, policies, and procedures consistently
