Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience delivering professional development or training
- Current or past teaching certification
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 20%
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Clean driving record for the past 39 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting software
- Ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card or submit proof of application within 7 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of professional development, training, or consulting experience
- 5 or more years preferred
- Current or past teaching certification
- Experience in an educational environment
- Ability to work independently remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under demanding timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams
- Ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days of hire
Job Duties
- Provide content-specific support and training to educators on blended and online learning program implementation
- Deliver workshops and professional development sessions virtually and onsite
- Assist teachers in integrating digital solutions into curriculum, instruction, and assessment
- Develop and modify individualized student learning paths
- Design classroom assessments and run assessment reports
- Conduct fee-based presentations for small and large groups
- Collaborate with school districts to customize professional development offerings
