Job Description

Imagine Learning is a leading provider of digital-first K-12 curriculum solutions dedicated to empowering potential in students, educators, and the broader educational community. The company focuses on sparking curiosity, creativity, and confidence through innovative educational tools that personalize instruction and engage learners in meaningful ways. By integrating Curriculum-Informed AI technology, Imagine Learning has revolutionized how educators tailor learning experiences at scale, supporting a brighter, more inclusive future for education. They pride themselves on a strong culture of collaboration, lifelong learning, and continuous growth within their passionate team. As a remote-friendly company, Imagine Learning offers flexible work arrangements for employees across the United States and internationally, with office locations in Tempe, AZ, Austin, TX, Petaluma, CA, Rock Rapids, IA, and Bloomington, MN.

The Seasonal Professional Development Specialist position at Imagine Learning is designed for former teachers and educational professionals seeking flexible, impactful seasonal employment. This per diem role allows professionals to continue influencing student and teacher success by delivering content-specific support, training, and guidance on implementing Imagine Learning’s digital and blended learning programs within K-12 environments. Specialists deliver workshops and training sessions virtually or onsite, teaching educators to effectively integrate digital tools into their curriculum and assessment practices. This dynamic role supports personalized student learning paths, data-driven instruction, and meaningful assessment. The position offers a flexible schedule with peak activity from July through October and minimal hours outside of those times, ideal for those seeking supplemental income or summer work without a fixed minimum hourly commitment. Compensation includes pay based on full-day or half-day sessions and hourly activities, and the role requires occasional travel to school sites across the US. This position reports to the Professional Learning Solutions Director and fosters a high-impact, collaborative environment for educators dedicated to lifelong learning and educational innovation.
