Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or management experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- working knowledge of food safety guidelines
- basic computer proficiency
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- ability to work in outdoor environments including hot or inclement weather
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during peak season
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is a plus
- previous supervisory or management experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field strongly preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- working knowledge of food safety guidelines and local health regulations
- basic computer proficiency for point-of-sale systems, scheduling, and inventory management
- strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- deliver orders promptly ensuring correct items and presentation
- address guest needs and requests in a courteous and timely manner
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas including arranging furniture and setting tables
- refill drinks, clear dishes, and clean tables throughout service
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- maintain a clean and organized work area including service stations and poolside dining areas
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- report any equipment issues or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately
- work collaboratively with fellow servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth service
- be flexible and willing to assist in other areas including basic prep or restocking
- attend pre-shift meetings and follow directions from supervisors and managers
