The position available is a part-time Food and Beverage Server role within the culinary department, designed for individuals passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences. This role is non-management and offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.90, with additional opportunities to earn through tips and service charges. Employees also receive a training and PTO rate of $25.35 per hour, reflecting Marriott's investment in employee development and well-being. As a Food and Beverage Server at VEA Newport Beach, you will be the face of the dining experience, warmly greeting guests and providing attentive, timely service. You will manage transactions accurately using the MICROS system, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assist in closing duties.
