Job Requirements
- must be able to work flexible and long hours
- must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
- must be able to stand during entire shift
- must be able to stand and work for extended periods during service hours
- must be able to work in hot weather
Job Qualifications
- previous serving experience
- compliance with California responsible beverage service certification
- compliance with California food handlers certification
Job Duties
- adhere to the company's service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for Silverado Resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag
- perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure prompt and efficient guest service
- serve guests according to the resort's standards in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- have a thorough knowledge of the pool food and beverage menu
- respond to guest problems, complaints, and accidents and communicate to management if necessary
- set the order up according to resort standards
- ensure poolside stations are clean and organized
- follow all money handling procedures when serving guests
- know and use suggestive selling techniques
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as requested by management
