The Seasonal Pool Server is expected to provide friendly and prompt service, attend to guest preferences with attention to detail, and assist with pool area setup and operations including water and towel stations. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires U.S. work authorization.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive hourly wage of $21.30 plus applicable service charge and gratuities, alongside benefits such as WA Paid Sick & Safe Time, a 401K Retirement Savings Plan, complimentary meals and uniform care, and opportunities for training and professional development.
