Job Duties

  • Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail and food orders
  • Order and serve cocktails and food to customers
  • Pick up after guest maintenance of station keeping clear of beverage and food debris
  • Serve hot food and cold beverages
  • Serve beer wine and cocktails
  • Handle monetary transactions in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation
