Pool Attendants may also be assigned cashier responsibilities, which include collecting fees for admission and concessions, handling cash transactions accurately, securing money and valuables, and maintaining detailed records of daily receipts. The job necessitates working under supervision while exercising sound judgement aligned with established protocols and procedures. The work schedule can be flexible, often requiring nighttime, weekend, and holiday shifts to support the full scope of program operations.

Key employment milestones include a first review of applications at the end of January, followed by interviews starting in early February, and orientations scheduled for mid-April. The mandatory training period occurs during evenings and weekends in May, prior to the main operational season.
