We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our dedicated team at Spanish Hills Club. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage directly with our distinguished members and guests, providing them with memorable bar service that highlights both your craft and your connection with patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, elevating the social atmosphere through your expert mixology and attentive hospitality.

The Bartender role at Spanish Hills Club is more than just serving drinks; it’s about creating an engaging environment where guests feel valued and can enjoy a special event or a relaxing evening. You’ll be at the heart of our club’s social hub, showcasing your knowledge of current cocktail trends while delivering artisan and craft cocktail creations that delight the palate and captivate the eye. Maintaining consistent beverage quality and adhering to all sanitation and safety policies will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities.

In this dynamic role, you will take food and beverage orders through our POS system, manage bar stock levels, and prepare garnish and bases to ensure smooth service across your shift. Safety and compliance are paramount, so you will be expected to maintain valid state and local alcohol and server certifications, promptly reporting any safety concerns to management. Your ability to advise management on any unusual situations and your willingness to take on additional duties as assigned will support our team’s overall success.

The ideal candidate for this Bartender position will have at least 2-3 years of bartending experience, a deep passion for the craft of mixology, and an enthusiastic, upbeat personality that enhances the guest experience. Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to connect with guests and ensure their satisfaction. A proven track record of running a successful cocktail program will distinguish you in this role, with an emphasis on both creativity and customer engagement. Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a knowledge and skill of mixology
  • communicate a current knowledge of cocktail trends to guests
  • entertain guests as a well-versed professional in artisan and craft cocktail creations
  • ensure consistent beverage quality
  • take food and beverage orders from guests via POS system
  • follow all sanitation and safety policies
  • maintain the bar ensuring it remains stocked throughout the shift
  • prepare all bases and garnishes for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • maintain a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
  • maintain valid state and local alcohol and server certifications
  • advise General Manager of any non-routine situations
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
