Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- California ABC RBS Certification
- minimum 2-3 years bartending experience
- knowledge and background of a cocktail program
- outstanding hospitality and customer service skills
- ability to maintain valid alcohol and server certifications
- ability to operate POS system
- excellent communication skills

- knowledge and background of a cocktail program
- proof of concept and success running a cocktail program
- California ABC RBS Certification
- must be 21 years old
- outstanding hospitality and customer service skills
- amazing and upbeat personality
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a knowledge and skill of mixology
- communicate a current knowledge of cocktail trends to guests
- entertain guests as a well-versed professional in artisan and craft cocktail creations
- ensure consistent beverage quality
- take food and beverage orders from guests via POS system
- follow all sanitation and safety policies
- maintain the bar ensuring it remains stocked throughout the shift
- prepare all bases and garnishes for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- maintain a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately
- maintain valid state and local alcohol and server certifications
- advise General Manager of any non-routine situations
- perform other duties as assigned by management
