The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is currently seeking a Seasonal Pool Bartender to join their dynamic team from approximately May 11, 2026, through September 13, 2026, reflecting the peak summer season. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about hospitality and providing outstanding service in an energetic, fast-paced environment. The Pool Bartender plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty drinks poolside while ensuring that the highest standards of the Four Seasons are consistently met.

As a Pool Bartender, you will be instrumental in delivering friendly, prompt, and attentive service to guests enjoying the hotel’s pool area. You will be responsible for accurately preparing drinks according to established recipes, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring an inviting beverage service experience. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities, offering a seamless integration of bar service and guest comfort. The role reports to the In-Room Dining Manager and requires someone who is adaptable, enthusiastic, and attentive to guests’ needs. Experience working in hospitality and a genuine hospitality orientation are essential.

This position requires U.S. work authorization and the ability to work in an outdoor environment where sunny and warm conditions prevail. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and thriving in fast-paced settings. Job Duties

  • Offer friendly and prompt service to our guests
  • Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
  • Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel's point-of-sales system
  • check completed orders with the guest's original order
  • anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods
  • maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
  • Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments
  • Assistance with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities when needed
