  • Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen or hotel operation preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand and move around the kitchen for the entire shift
  • Proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen station ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Assist in the development and preparation of menu items and seasonal specials for the pastry department
  • Execute and complete all daily dessert production according to established recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with the Pastry Chef de Partie Sous Chef and Executive Chef regarding menu updates operational issues and inventory shortages
  • Adhere to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain high-quality production and visual excellence of desserts and pastries
  • Properly label store and organize all ingredients and products at the end of each shift
  • Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Support management and team members by completing additional tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Follow established service standards to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery to guests
