Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours length of time

Job Duties

  • Set up and clear tables
  • stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset all service-ware per table seating
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware and condiments
  • serve guests with water to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly
  • practice cleanliness and safety in all dining areas, liquor and wine storage areas
  • transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • participate in daily staff meetings and department training meetings
  • assist team members as needed to promote a teamwork environment
