Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a luxury or lifestyle cocktail bar setting
- current Food Handler's Card
- responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- deep knowledge of spirits, wine, sake, beer, and classic plus contemporary cocktails
- exceptional guest service and communication skills
- professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Create and serve a wide range of handcrafted cocktails and beverages with consistency and style
- maintain an expert knowledge of Poza's cocktail program, wine list, and culinary offerings
- engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and personalizing each interaction
- ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and operating efficiently at all times
- collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all drinks
- adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service
- stay current on trends in mixology, ingredients, and beverage presentation
