  • Mixology or sommelier certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • Create and serve a wide range of handcrafted cocktails and beverages with consistency and style
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of Poza's cocktail program, wine list, and culinary offerings
  • Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and personalizing each interaction
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and operating efficiently at all times
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all drinks
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service
  • Stay current on trends in mixology, ingredients, and beverage presentation
