The Baker position at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery plays an essential role in maintaining these high standards. This role involves preparing bakery items in accordance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards. Bakers are responsible for ensuring food safety, maintaining proper merchandising displays, and controlling food costs while delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods that enhance the guest experience.
