The seasonal outlet food and beverage supervisor role, available from April through October, is a crucial position that supports this commitment. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant or outlet operations, leading and managing a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, and operational readiness. The supervisor plays a key part in training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, supporting service consistency, and contributing to the overall profitability of the outlet. Collaboration with the food and beverage leadership team is essential to align on service standards and support new initiatives and offerings that enhance guest engagement and business performance.

The position demands strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on coaching, training, and performance management to meet guest expectations effectively. The supervisor is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining cleanliness and operational setup, monitoring inventory, ensuring accurate ordering and product rotation, and upholding sanitation, safety, health, and responsible alcohol service standards where applicable. Additionally, they engage directly with guests to elevate satisfaction, handle concerns promptly, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, special events, and seasonal offerings to drive traffic and revenue.

Certifications such as RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) and Food Handler's Card are required within 30 days of hire. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools, along with flexibility to work varied shifts, is beneficial. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant food and beverage operational experience

Job Duties

  • supervise and schedule outlet team members

  • collaborate on promotions, special events, seasonal offerings, and initiatives that drive guest engagement and outlet revenue
  • ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, health, and responsible alcohol service regulations where applicable
