Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum 3 years of food and beverage supervisory experience
- certification or ability to obtain RBS and Food Handler's Card within 30 days
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office considered a plus
- must be able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in food and beverage operations
- prior supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment
- strong understanding of restaurant or outlet operations
- knowledge of cost control and guest service excellence
- ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting
- strong organizational skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- certification in RBS and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Supervise and schedule outlet team members
- coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards
- oversee daily outlet operations including cleanliness, dining room setup, service flow, side work, and overall readiness
- monitor inventory and supplies, participate in monthly counts, ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and product rotation
- support food and beverage service standards, ensure menu knowledge, service consistency, and adherence to procedures
- engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, maintain a professional atmosphere
- collaborate on promotions, special events, seasonal offerings, and initiatives
- ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, health, and responsible alcohol service regulations
