Job Description

Pacific Hospitality Group is a family-focused company that operates under an owner/operator model, offering unique value propositions to investors and team members alike. The organization prides itself on a long-term hold strategy that fosters sustainable growth and development for both the company and its personnel. Their core vision revolves around enriching lives by providing memorable experiences, contributing positively to communities, and conducting business with integrity and respect for all. This approach is encapsulated by their guiding principles, which include integrity, compliance, value creation, principled entrepreneurship, customer focus, knowledge, change, humility, respect, and fulfillment. These values guide every aspect of their business operations and culture, making Pacific Hospitality Group an attractive employer for professionals seeking a supportive and principled work environment.

The seasonal outlet food and beverage supervisor role at Pacific Hospitality Group is a vital position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant or food and beverage outlet from April through October. This role is designed for a leader who can manage a team effectively, ensuring that exceptional guest service and quality standards are consistently met. The supervisor oversees all operational aspects, including training staff, maintaining operational readiness, and compliance with health and safety regulations, thereby directly contributing to the profitability and reputation of the outlet. Serving as a bridge between the food and beverage leadership team and the outlet staff, the supervisor ensures alignment on service standards and supports the rollout of new initiatives and offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive business success.

In this role, you will supervise and schedule outlet team members while coaching, training, and supporting their performance to meet and exceed guest expectations and operational standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing cleanliness, dining room setup, service flow, and side work to maintain a high-quality guest environment. You will support service standards by ensuring that the team is knowledgeable about the menu, consistent in their service, and adherent to established procedures. Engaging with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere is essential.

Furthermore, the role involves collaboration on promotions, special events, seasonal offerings, and initiatives aimed at increasing guest engagement and boosting outlet revenue. Compliance with sanitation, safety, health, and responsible alcohol service regulations is a priority to ensure guest safety and regulatory adherence. This position demands a leader with proven supervisory experience in an upscale hospitality environment, excellent organizational abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability. Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire is required. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools, along with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are considered valuable assets. Joining Pacific Hospitality Group means becoming part of a community that values respect, integrity, and growth while delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
