We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $21, along with business mileage reimbursement, and requires weekend availability with shifts starting as early as 5 am until route completion. As a Merchandiser, you will play an integral part in supporting our day-to-day operations by ensuring that Coca-Cola beverages are well stocked, attractively displayed, and prominently available in retail locations throughout the territory. This position provides the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively within store environments to execute merchandising plans that boost brand presence and drive sales.

The Merchandiser’s responsibilities involve a range of tasks from stocking shelves and racks, rotating products to ensure freshness, building and maintaining product displays, to implementing promotions and marketing campaigns that entice customers. You will be transporting products using manual and powered equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, maintaining clean and organized stock areas, and establishing positive working relationships with store personnel to support mutual merchandising objectives. Our ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling moderate to heavy lifting, standing and walking for long periods, and operating material handling equipment effectively.
