Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • under supervision of chefs, execute cooking tasks including reading food slips, preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and instructions

  • comply with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety, and sanitation regulations and standards
  • work as a team, assist other departments as necessary, and maintain good working relationships
