Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of recent equivalent cooking experience highly preferred
- Ability to work full-time day or evening shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other food products accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Executive Chef
