Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Two years of recent equivalent cooking experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work full-time day or evening shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other food products accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • Plate and garnish cooked items according to established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
  • Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Executive Chef
