Job Duties

Support the chef in start-to-finish recipe building with consistent execution
Be a communication channel to chef, sous, and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the culinary conversation
Maintain organized and clean workspace through effective mise en place in a fast-paced environment
Perform any other tasks essential to supporting the fast-growing team’s success
