Job Duties
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders safely and move merchandise efficiently
- Resolve guest questions promptly and maintain attention to detail in following multi-step processes
