Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technological proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform store tasks
Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and sales support to guests
- Engage in compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome guests and exceed service expectations
- Handle guest questions and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate stock levels and shelf presentation
- Ensure merchandise is priced and signed correctly
- Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
