Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through positive guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is stocked, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Support retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Lift and move merchandise safely up to 40 pounds
