Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Support business priorities by executing daily and weekly workloads to meet sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting items up to 40 pounds
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
