The Seasonal Groundskeeper role at JBNC is a vital position tasked with maintaining the safety, appearance, and upkeep of the organization's housing and community properties across the Near Eastside. This position is seasonal and non-exempt, requiring hands-on landscaping and outdoor maintenance duties that ensure the properties are clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The Seasonal Groundskeeper operates equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns, flower beds, walkways, and other outdoor common areas. Responsibilities also include leaf removal, debris cleanup, and general outdoor property support. This role requires traveling between various JBNC locations, sometimes driving JBNC vehicles, making it essential that candidates have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
