As a part-time seasonal General Store Associate (GSA) at the Colorado Chautauqua, you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience during the busy season from April 15 through October 12. This role requires a combination of customer service abilities, food and beverage preparation skills, and retail management tasks. Your primary objective will be to greet guests warmly, answer their questions, take and prepare food and drink orders, maintain the store's appearance, and ensure it is well-stocked and clean. The position demands a flexible schedule that includes varied shifts spanning weekdays, weekends, and evenings with shift lengths ranging from 4.5 to 6.5 hours each day. Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift, providing the essential coverage the store needs during its peak season.

In this role, you will be the face of the Colorado Chautauqua General Store, embodying the association’s values of excellent customer service and engagement. Having prior experience in customer service is beneficial, and skills such as making specialty coffee and processing credit card payments can enhance your suitability for this position. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $16.82 plus tips, providing both a competitive rate and an opportunity for additional earnings.
