We are currently seeking a Full Time Seasonal Server Assistant to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team at The Nest for the upcoming season starting in mid-May through the end of September. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. The Server Assistant plays a crucial supportive role, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery throughout the venue. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, assisting servers with food and beverage delivery, and responding promptly to guest requests. This position demands a proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both guests and team members to enhance the overall guest experience. It offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant team in one of Seattle’s most iconic hospitality settings.

Employment is full-time and seasonal, with a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00 plus a service charge distribution model and additional discretionary gratuity. Candidates must maintain open availability for the entire season to be eligible. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • open availability for the entire seasonal period from mid-May to end of September
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic food safety knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a similar role in restaurant, café, or hospitality setting preferred but not required
