Four Seasons is a world-renowned luxury hospitality company recognized for its unparalleled commitment to exceptional guest experiences and a nurturing employee environment. With a presence across the globe, Four Seasons has built a reputable brand known for delivering outstanding service, innovative hospitality solutions, and a culture grounded in integrity, respect, and inclusivity. The company values its people as its greatest asset and fosters a workplace where diversity, equity, and kindness thrive. This dedication to creating remarkable experiences stems from the core belief that life is richer when people truly connect to one another and the world around them.
One of Four Seasons' iconic locations is the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which serves as a serene high-desert refuge amidst the rugged beauty of the Sangre de Cristo foothills. This intimate 65-room resort spans 57 rolling acres just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Fe's cultural shops and art galleries. Rancho Encantado offers a unique blend of natural beauty, luxurious comfort, and authentic local traditions, making it a romantic and rejuvenating destination for guests. Visitors begin their days exploring the nearby ridges and arroyos, learning about the resort's dude-ranch heritage, and enjoy relaxation by the pool with access to an indulgent Spa. The resort also features Terra, an upscale dining venue serving regional cuisine under a sweeping desert sky.
This seasonal full-time Pool Bartender position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado offers an exciting opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals seeking to elevate their careers in a luxury environment. The role centers on delivering warm, engaging, and expertly crafted beverage service that aligns meticulously with Four Seasons' high standards of excellence. Successful candidates are genuine and compassionate individuals who possess a natural ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues alike. They demonstrate integrity and accountability in their actions and confidently make decisions that contribute to superior luxury service experiences.
Bartenders at Rancho Encantado are collaborative team players who actively support their colleagues to achieve shared success and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. The role demands a commitment to learning and expanding knowledge of the resort's comprehensive beverage program, which includes wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits. Bartenders must follow precise cocktail recipes, anticipate guest needs, and respond thoughtfully to ensure full guest satisfaction. Additionally, the position involves supporting side work, greeting guests, managing seating preferences, and maintaining a clean and welcoming poolside environment.
The seasonal employment period runs approximately from the start of the season (date of hire) through October, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have a minimum of one year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, and hold current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications. Physical stamina is required to stand and move around the pool area for the entire shift.
Four Seasons offers competitive pay starting at $11.67 hourly plus tips, along with a range of comprehensive benefits including global growth opportunities, employee discounts on food, beverage and spa services, complimentary meals and parking, as well as training and development programs and a 401(k) retirement plan. Employees at Rancho Encantado consistently rate the resort as an excellent place to work, reflecting the company’s dedication to fostering employee satisfaction and career growth. As an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, Four Seasons encourages applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, committed to cultivating an inclusive and supportive work culture where everyone can thrive.
