This seasonal position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays throughout the season from the Day of Hospitality through October. Servers in this role are expected to bring over two years of high-end restaurant experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, valid New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and physical capability to perform duties such as standing and moving for entire shifts and lifting up to 30 pounds.
