Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Open availability for the entire seasonal period
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in hotel cooking preferred
  • Culinary degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic cooking skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned kitchen stations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Open availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Manage single kitchen stations effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Assist in training and supervision as needed
  • Adapt quickly to the fast-paced kitchen environment
