We are currently seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at The Nest. This intermediate line cook position is ideal for candidates who possess strong culinary skills and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will ideally bring prior hotel cooking experience along with a culinary degree, equipping them with professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and kitchen procedures. As a valued member of our kitchen, the intermediate cook will take responsibility for managing single stations under general supervision while continuing to enhance their skills through ongoing training. The role requires a high level of dedication and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering culinary excellence.

This seasonal opportunity is anticipated to begin mid-May and conclude at the end of September, with exact dates subject to business needs. Candidates must be prepared to maintain open availability throughout the entire season, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation for this hourly role starts at $28.16 per hour, increasing to $28.66 after 90 days of employment. Additional wage increases are available for employees remaining with the position for five, seven, and ten years.

Joining the team at Thompson Seattle provides an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary career in a vibrant, team-oriented environment.
