Job Requirements
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Open availability for the entire seasonal period
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in hotel cooking preferred
- Culinary degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years previous line cooking experience preferred
- Proficient in basic cooking skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned kitchen stations
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Open availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage single kitchen stations effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
- Assist in training and supervision as needed
- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced kitchen environment
