The company's dedication to equal opportunity employment ensures a supportive and respectful workplace culture for all employees. Employment with the Beauport Hospitality Group offers individuals an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The hospitality group seeks dedicated and experienced personnel who can contribute positively to the guest experience through professionalism, reliability, and hospitality skills.

The Valet/Parking Attendant position at the Beauport Hotel is a seasonal full-time opportunity starting around April 1st. This role is essential to the hotel’s guest service operation, focusing on managing and directing guest vehicles, ensuring a seamless and pleasant arrival and departure experience for guests. Valet attendants are expected to provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with vehicle parking, and maintaining the integrity of the lobby and entrance area. The job requires a proactive and friendly individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently, including assisting door and bell staff when needed. Physical stamina is important as the job entails standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial due to the 24/7 nature of hotel operations, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation for this role starts at a base wage of $15 per hour plus tips, with typical total earnings ranging from $16 to $20 per hour depending on seasonality and historical averages. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in person-focused roles, thrive in dynamic environments, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
