Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service role is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, and night shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food trays

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure that all orders are complete and presented in an appealing manner before serving
  • Assist servers in providing excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety protocols
