Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • must be able to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
  • strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers
  • familiarity with basic food preparation techniques is a plus
  • a positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately
  • ensure that all orders are complete and presented in an appealing manner before serving
  • assist servers in providing excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards
  • communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
  • help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety protocols
