Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University if applicable
Ability to perform cash handling with accuracy
Good public speaking and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds
Ability to follow company dress code and policies
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion

Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
Problem solving skills including evaluation of relevant information and reaching conclusions based on evidence
Excellent communication skills with customers co workers and management
Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking lifting and reaching
Knowledge of local state and federal food safety laws

Job Duties

Operating POS system including proper handling and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
Up selling suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience such as 3D RPX IMAX
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner consistent with guest service philosophy
Operating preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
Complying with all local state and federal food safety laws
Tearing tickets collecting and depositing appropriate stub and directing patrons to their auditoriums
Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
Enforcement of MPAA rating system
Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality and help maintain a safe quality environment
Reporting problems discrepancies or unusual situations to management
Cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
